Oceanpaddler hires Fenn Surf Skis for the Shaw and Parnters WA Race Week including The Doctor.
Ski hire preference is given to international paddlers and interstate competitors where it is difficult to transport your ski from – for example from far Nth QLD and Tasmania.
Oceanpaddler also offers Ski Transport from the eastern side of Australia, where you can transport your own surf ski to and from Perth. Please see below.

The ski hire costs includes transport for the ski to and from the events on a trailer.
It excludes the transport on the Barge to Rottnest Island for The Doctor event. This can be booked when entering online. We will transport the ski to the barge loading area at Fremantle.
Ski Hire Booking
Please email us at contact@oceanpaddler.com to request ski hire. We will then send you an online form to be completed, followed by an invoice for payment.

We also have a Facebook page called “Ski for Doctor”. You can use this page to hire a ski off a local paddler that is not participating in the events.
Oceanpaddler will be arranging a container from Sydney & the Gold Coast for competitors to transport their own craft over to Perth and back. Please email us if you are interested. Please advise if a single or double ski when emailing.

For interstate and international competitors, Oceanpaddler will have FENN ski’s available to hire for The Doctor.
You may also wish to take your own ski over to Perth. See below for details.
Ski Hire Cost below includes use of the ski for the Thursday night Sunset Surfski Series and The Doctor. Should you require ski hire for the Fenn West Coast Downwind the weekend prior and for the week then the cost is an additional $150.
To book please email the following information to Oceanpaddler. Your name will be added to the list and invoice sent approximately 4 months prior to the event. A the time of payment a $500 deposit will need to be paid which will be refunded after the event. Should any damage occur to the ski then the deposit will be used for the repair or towards the replacement cost.
