Mandatory Equipment Sign Off Form
This year for the Shaw and Partners Doctor 2018 event you will be required to bring the attached ‘Mandatory Equipment Sign Off Form‘ to registration. Please print, complete the form and bring to registration which will be from 11am onwards on Friday 23rd November at Sorrento Beach Surf Club.
We will be checking equipment on Rottnest Island during the pre-race check-in. You are not required to bring these items to registration on Friday. For those that ordered flares and whistles, you will collect these at registration.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your equipment meets the specifications to avoid disqualification. If you are unsure then please check with us at registration.

All participants will be issued with a HI-VIS Shaw and Partners Race Hat and we ask that you wear this during the race.
