Smartline Choose Your Weapon Ocean Tri event 2 will be held on October 15 at Collaroy Beach SLSC.

After the huge success of the very first event last month, event 2 promises to see some competitive racing over the multi sport course.

We have made a few small adjustments to the nipper board and paddle board legs. Both will be lengthened slightly to bring them in line with the longer courses in time. This will be done by incorporating a small portage and adding about 150 meters to each.

The big names from the last event are expected to return along with host of new ones both in the individual and teams event.

The CYWOT format allows all types of craft and competitors of all ages to race each other over the same race on slightly different courses. The order of events for race 2 is different to race 1 with competitors starting with a 2km Run, followed by a 1.1km Swim, 2km Run, Choose Your Weapon Paddle Course and finishing with a 2km Run.

If you are not racing the event is spectator friendly. There will also be a large number of our sponsors exhibiting their products on the day.
