Hank McGregor has taken out the Durban Surkski World Cup in South Africa making this his 3rd victory of the event. Reports indicated that the largely contested 26km race in South Africa was fairly flat without much ocean swell for the paddlers.

The first Australian home was QLD’s Bruce Taylor in 8th position, just under 6mins behind the leader. Fellow countrymen Mark Andreson (Ando) finished in 11th position with Dean Gardiner in 18th.
