As part of race week is the Shaw and Partners WA Race Week Point Score which is a mini series within the Shaw and Partners Australian Ocean Racing Series.

**The Doctor entry fee excludes barge transport or transport to Rottnest Island.
Entries close at midday WST on Wednesday 19th November 2025 for all events to prepare for WA Race Week. No late entries will be taken after this date.

Entry Terms & Conditions
By entering in the Shaw and WA Race Week Events you agree to the following terms and conditions as outlined by the event organisers:
If the events are cancelled due to weather conditions, natural disasters or any other reason so deemed by the organisers, the entry fee shall not be refundable in whole or in part.
Event organisers or any of the event sponsors or stakeholders are not responsible for any costs incurred or paid by the participant if any of the events are cancelled, dates changed or start and finish locations modified. This may include ferry tickets to Rottnest Island, transport costs, additional accommodation expenses etc.
Entry Cancellation and Part Refunds
Entry cancellations can be made up to 31st October 2025.
A refund on event entry fees only, less 20% administration fee, can be provided up to and including the 31st October 2025. Refunds will not be given after this date.
No refunds in full or part will be given on the purchase of craft transport on the barge to Rottnest Island, flares or other products or merchandise.

Entry Transfers are not available nor permitted. Under no circumstance are you to give your race number to another person. The safety of our athletes is paramount, therefore we need to ensure we have the correct details of all our athletes. This will result in immediate disqualification of both parties.
A note on Insurance
The event organiser, Oceanpaddler, has public liability insurance. This does not include or cover personal accident insurance for the competitors. All other insurances are the sole responsibility of the competitors.
