Thank you for entering the Shaw and Partners Forster Race Week on the Barrington Coast.

Training with the Stars will be at 3pm on Thursday at Forster Main Beach. Please meet on the beach at 2.45pm ready to start by 3pm. Remember your lifejacket and leg leash please.
Shaw and Partners Welcome Dinner will take place Thursday evening at 6pm at The Sicilian, Forster Beach. We look forward to welcoming everyone to the Barrington Coast.
The race courses at this point are outlined below, however we will be monitoring conditions and will advise of any updates or changes.
Race 1 – Nine Mile on Friday at 1pm – Start Forster Beach and finish Black Head Beach.
Race 2 – Forster Ocean Classic on Saturday at 1pm – Start Elizabeth Beach and finish Forster Beach.

Race 2 Forster Ocean Classic – Start Location Elizabeth Beach
Please park in the Elizabeth Beach Carpark located to the north of Pacific Palms Surf Club on Lakeside Cres. Registration and race check in will take place here. Not at the surf club.
All competitors must register for the event as per the registration times below. Please bring your mandatory equipment as outlined below for us to check. If you ordered a flare and whistle you can collect this at registration.
You will be required to mark your name off the list before Race 1 and Race 2 so we know exactly who is racing.
If you are racing in both Race 1 and Race 2 you will be issued with one timing chip to be used for both races. It is your responsibility to ensure you do not lose your timing chip and you must wear it on your ankle for both races. At the conclusion of Race 2 you need to hand the timing chip back as soon as you cross the line. Any lost timing chips will incur a $50 fee.
If you are racing in Race 1 only then please ensure you hand the timing chip back as soon as you finish the race. All timing chips will be collected after Race 2.
Please ensure you attend the race briefings for final information.
Please ensure you have the correct equipment and bring this with you to registration for checking. Anyone who does not have the required equipment will be disqualified and not permitted to race. Click here for detailed info. We will have a limited number of flares available for purchase.
