Due to light winds and and ENE swell we have decided on course’s designed to capture as much of the residue swell as possible. Both courses will start at Mona Vale Basin together at 2pm. The PBs, SUPs, and short course paddlers will go directly out to sea for 1k. Long course will be 2k. Both course will then surf their way into Fishermans, keeping the bouy on their left will then head around Long Reef with the shourt course going straight to the finish line making it a 10k race for that course. Long Course will continue onto Dee Why Pool left turn on the bouy there out to sea left turn on a bouy directly out from Long Reef SLSC and then a run strainght into the beach total distance just over 16k.

ALL COMPETITORS MUST GO TO LONG REEF SLSC TO REGISTER AND COLLECT TIMING CHIP. Registration opens at 10am.

Remember that PFD’s and leashes are compulsory. Bring your RACE SHIRT.
