King of the Harbour – Final Race Information

Change to Course – Final Race Information
Due to north easterly winds predicted for race day the course is as per below.

Both Long and SUP/Short Courses will START at Fishermans Beach, Long Reef and FINISH at Manly Beach (outside surf club). 

• The Long Course will be approx 11-12km. Starting at Fishermans Beach going out to a buoy north east of Long Reef, then down to finish at Manly Beach
  The SUP/Short Course will be approx 8km from Fishermans Beach around Long Reef and straight into Manly Beach to finish
  ***** SUP race is part of the Sydney Downwind SUP Series

Registration: From 8.30am at Fishermans Beach, Long Reef

Start Time: 10am at Fishermans Beach

Briefing: 9.30am at Fishermans Beach

Presentations: Manly Life Saving Club after the race

Rules & Equipment

• All competitors must wear a Lifejacket Level 50 or 50S (formally known as type 2 or type 3 respectively). No bum bag style lifejackets are permitted
• All competitors must wear a Safety Leg Leash – a leash that attaches the paddler to the craft
