Bruce “breakthrough” Taylor finally made it to the top of the dias in the 5th race of the AORS at Burleigh Heads on the weekend.
The former board paddler took the honors over Jeremy Cotter. In what was a good day for the Fenns David Rhodes and Dane Sloss made up the top 4. Andy Davies from Sydney won the SUPs making the drive up worth while.
The event, the first for the Gold Coast was a great success and no doult we will be seeing more Ocean races on the Gold Coast in the future.
