Congratulations to Australian’s Tom Simmat and Steve Pizzey for winning the Yukon 1000 in Alaska the worlds longest paddling race.
For Tom and Steve this was an amazing feat. Paddling almost non stop for 1600km they did the Whitehorse to the Alaska Pipeline/Dalton Highway in 7 days. That is almost 230km every day!
